Job Description

Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for educating customers about the effects, benefits, and overall experience of cannabis products. They will guide consumers through the product selection process and provide recommendations as requested.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifying proper identification from customers
  • Facilitating sales and operating our point-of-sale system
  • Educating customers about the variety of products we carry; including flower, edibles, concentrates and topicals
  • Up-sell effectively and consistently
  • Meet or exceed monthly company sales objective
  • Ensuring customer service by verifying correct products at checkout
  • Informing Inventory Specialist or ‘Inventory Stocker’ of low product count on sales floor
  • Providing recommendations on products based on customer requests
  • Advising customers on proper safety measures to follow when consuming
  • Assisting in various operations as needed, including maintaining hygienic conditions
  • Other duties as assigned

Working conditions/ Physical Requirements
